Shaylyn Araw was arrested and charged with two counts of first-degree burglary, second-degree theft, third-degree theft and fourth-degree theft. Her bail was set at $12,750.
Robert Navor was arrested and charged with first-degree burglary, two counts of second-degree theft, second-degree forgery, unauthorized possession of confidential information, third-degree theft and fourth-degree theft. His bail was set at $13,750.
Both suspects were held at the Hilo police cellblock pending their initial court appearance on Wednesday.
A third individual, 34-year-old Manuel Madrid of Pepe’ekeo, was also arrested Monday on suspicion of hindering prosecution for aiding and sheltering Araw and Navor while they were being sought by police.
Madrid was released Monday night pending further investigation.
