Bloomingdale’s to open in Ala Moana Center, replace Sears retail space

The retail space being vacated by Sears in the Ala Moana Shopping Center will be replaced by a Bloomingdale's department store, according to a statement released by General Growth Properties, the mall's owner, on Friday.
