Kokua Line: Unexpectedly large crowd slowed football ticket sales

We stood in line for 35 minutes to purchase tickets to the St. Louis-Kahuku game on Saturday, Aug. 17. Why can’t they offer online ticket sales or at least open another ticket office for big games?
