Lava continues to flow into Pu’u O’o Crater on the Big Island.
Scientists at the Hawaii Volcanoes Observatory conducted a flyover on Monday, and saw several of the vents that are feeding fast-moving lava flows.
Since late March, lava has been filling the crater.
Levels kept rising until last Wednesday when the crater floor collapsed to a depth of about 245 below the crater’s rim.
