The lawsuit claims school officials "had actual knowledge and certainly had reason to know that the wrongful activities of the Ringleaders, including the bullying, coercion, and coerced sexual acts."
Also contained in the lawsuit was this allegation, "A young girl at the school became pregnant, which was known to school officials."
According to attorney Michael Green the sexual assaults and other illegal acts were student on student.
But the lawsuit also alleges that a counselor at the school engaged in "inappropriate and questionable activities with students at school, including having them stay with him overnight."
The state, the former principal and a counselor are named as defendants.
The state Attorney General’s office says it is reviewing the allegations, but had no comment.
Green believes the illegal activity started ten years ago.
