A car was fully engulfed in flames at around 7:43am Friday. The car was safely moved to the shoulder of the H1 east bound by the Aiea Heights off ramp. The driver escaped with no injuries. Fire responded and was able to put out the fire. The incident caused lane closures and backed up traffic town bound past Aiea.
