Abercrombie appoints Heather Giugni to State House

Governor Neil Abercrombie Thursday appointed Heather Haunani Giugni to the state House of Representatives for District 33, which includes 'Aiea, 'Aiea Heights, Halawa Heights, Halawa Valley and Red Hill.
