There could be two candidates with a Hawaii connection on the presidential ballots, one being Democratic President Barack Obama, who was born on Oahu.
Now, Roseanne Barr is running for the green party’s presidential nomination – and she says it’s no joke.
The actress-comedian says Democrats and Republicans aren’t working in the best interests of the american people — so she has submitted her paper work to the Green Party for her candidacy.
The party will select their candidate in July.
Barr lives on a 46-acre macadamia nut farm on the Big Island.
