Air Force veteran pleads guilty in $37M bid-rigging scheme

A former U.S. Air Force master sergeant pleaded guilty Wednesday to leading a complex bid rigging and bribery conspiracy for nearly 10 years that inflated the cost of information technology contracts for the U.S. Pacific Air Forces and cost taxpayers over $37 million.
