APEC ALERT: Motorcade for Russian President moves to Waikiki, expect traffic delays

The Motorcade carrying Russian President Dmitry Medvedev has left Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam. It appears the motorcade will travel down the H-1 freeway.
