APEC starts Monday and check out what city crews did overnight.
They put up about 170 banners along Ala Moana Boulevard near the convention center and all along Kalakaua Avenue in Waikiki.
The banners were designed by the local Jon Duarte Design Group, which partnered with Jet Graphics.
