Arakawa voted preseason Player of Year

Hawaii Hilo forward Teani Arakawa was named the PacWest women’s soccer preseason Player of the Year and teammate Phoebe Barnes was tabbed Goalkeeper of the Year in a voting of conference coaches released Wednesday.
