At least 57 deaths linked to the storm

NEW YORK (AP) – At least 57 deaths are now linked to the storm that battered the Northeast. About 6.5 million homes and businesses are without power, including 4 million in New York and New Jersey. The power is out as far west as Wisconsin, and as far south as the Carolinas. In West Virginia, John Rose — a candidate for the state legislature — was killed by a falling tree limb while checking fences on his deer farm. He’s the third person in the state to be killed in accidents related to the storm.
