A Big Island man has been charged with open lewdness for allegedly having sex in public and it’s not the first time.
Police say Dylan Trask Whelden and a woman were caught having sex on a soccer field extension near downtown Hilo Saturday.
Whelden and the woman were charged with open lewdness.
Whelden was charged with the same crime last month after police arrested him for allegedly having sex with a different woman on a public sidewalk in Kona.
