A British citizen pled guilty in federal court to producing child pornography.
Simon Jasper McMarty was arrested in 2008 at Hilo Airport after TSA agents found hundreds of still images and nearly 200 videos of child porn in his luggage.
He admitted to molesting three boys outside the U.S. and videotaped the incidents.
The 39-year-old faces a maximum sentence of 30 years in prison and a $250,000 fine when he’s sentenced in June 2012.
