A broken hydrant led to a traffic headache in Kahala Saturday afternoon. An underground line to the hydrant burst causing a gaping hole and large cracks on along Kahala Avenue. The damage was so severe, Board of Water Supply crews shut down all lanes of Kahale Ave.
