BWS working to repair 8-inch water main break in Waipahu

The Board of Water Supply is working to repair an 8-inch water main break on Pahu Street in Waipahu.

BWS officials say the break was reported around 12:30 a.m. and is affecting about 75 customers.

Crews have blocked off the Ewa end of Pahu Street while they repair the break.  Water is expected to be returned to service sometime Sunday afternoon.

In the meantime, two water spigots have been made available for customers without water.
