Starting Monday the city will prune hundreds of trees in Waikiki.
The plan is to prune 400 ironwood trees on both sides of Kalakaua Avenue from Kapahulu Avenue to the end of the grove in Kapiolani park.
Work is expected to last several weeks and will be done on weekdays between 8:30 a.m. and 3 p.m.
