City workers resubmerging sewer pipe sticking out of Ala Wai Canal

City workers will attempt to resubmerge a temporary sewer pipe exposed in the Ala Wai Canal on Monday. Officials say 100 feet of the pipe has surfaced near the Hawaii Convention Center.
