Coach is hit with class-action settlement

If you shopped at any Coach store within the last two years you could be in for a discount.

A class-action settlement was reached Friday.

Coach was sued because it requested the addresses, phone numbers and emails of customers.

Coach denies any wrongdoing, but agreed to the settlement.

So that means if you bought something at coach between February 15th of 2010 and February 29th of this year with a credit or debit card, and if Coach has your email or mailing address, you’ll be eligible for the discount.

Attorney Neil Fineman said, "All of those class members, all 1,047,000, now have a chance to save 30-percent on all their purchases. They can go in, clean up the store if they want."

If you think you may be eligible for the Coach coupon and didn’t get one by mail or email, contact Coach.
