A woman in her 20s suffered massive head injuries in a moped accident .
It happened on North School Street near Alaneo Street.
Police say she was hit by a vehicle as it was making a left turn at an intersection.
She was taken to the Queen’s Medical Center in critical condition.
North School Street is shut down from Liliha to Alaneo Streets while police investigate.
