There was an early morning accident on Waialae Avenue between 8th and 9th Avenue in Kaimuki.
The crash happened just before 2:30 a.m. Wednesday.
The west bound lanes of Waialae ave are open and the east bound lanes are being contra-flowed between 8th and 9th avenues because of a downed utility pole.
Woman in her 20s was arrested for DUI.
