A fire that tore through a Kaimuki home Friday morning is believed to have been intentionally set.
Now three people are without a place to live.
It started just after 6 a.m. at a home on Center Street.
Flames were shooting out of the house when firefighters got there.
They worked to keep the flames from spreading.
“So they worked to protect the exposures which you can see is one of the older parts of Honolulu where houses are a little closer together,” said Honolulu Fire Department Captain Terry Seelig.
Damage is estimated at $265,000.
