Dangerous winds forecast to resume in fire-stricken Los Angeles

LOS ANGELES >> Dangerously high winds were expected to return to Los Angeles today, jeopardizing efforts to extinguish two massive wildfires that have leveled whole neighborhoods, destroyed thousands of buildings and claimed the lives of at least two dozen people.
