The family of the late surfer Eddie Aikau wants to put a stop to a movie being made about his life.
Aikau’s family has filed a lawsuit against the company "Your Half Media Group."
The Aikaus claim the company is falsely claiming publicity rights to the legendary surfer’s life story and is discouraging other companies from making such a movie.
The family says it has the publicity rights to Eddie’s name.
