An elderly man accused of murdering his sister-in-law was found mentally fit to stand trial.
Benjamin Lucas was 81-years-old when police say he stabbed 64-year-old Marcelina Dela Cruz in a Kalihi home in December of 2010.
Trial is set for June 12th.
