Fire officials say a failed power strip is to blame for a fire that burned the inside of a warehouse at Pier 38 in Kakaako.
It happened around 8 p.m. on Friday night. Firefighters were able to get the fire under control about 20 minutes later.
According to fire officials the fire was mainly confined to the second floor of the warehouse.
Officials say the fire caused a total of $450,000 worth of damage.
