FBI arrests man for allegedly posing as promoter to advertise fake concerts, events

Honolulu FBI special agents on Monday morning arrested a 56-year-old man for allegedly posing as a concert and special events promoter and defrauding several people in Hawaii by advertising fake concerts and events.
