Flash Flood Warning Posted For Kauai, Strong Winds Whip Through State

A flash flood warning is in effect for Kauai until 1:30 pm, Tuesday as a result of a stalled cold front northwest of the state. A wind advisory is in effect for north and east sections of most islands.
