The National Weather Service has issued a flash flood watch for all islands through Sunday afternoon.
Forecasters say an unstable air mass that will combine with increased moisture from the east has increased the threat for flash flooding.
Thunderstorms and heavy rain are possible.
Motorists are advised to drive with caution as rainfall and runoff could cause hazardous driving conditions and reduced visibility.
