Flash Flood Watch issued for Sunday and Monday

HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) – The National Weather Service in Honolulu has issued a Flash Flood Watch for all islands except the Big Island of Hawaii. The watch will take effect Sunday morning through Monday
