Kirk Caldwell has his eye on the Mayors office.
He’s filed papers with the campaign spending commission announcing his intent to hold a thousand dollar a plate fundraiser later this month.
The paper indicates he’ll seek the Mayor’s seat in 2012.
Caldwell served as acting mayor last year after Mufi Hannemann resigned…then lost the election to Peter Carlisle.
Carlisle plans to run for the office as well.
