The future of Maunalua Bay will be the topic of discussion at a community forum Thursday night. State lawmakers and the lead author of the Hanauma Bay master plan will facilitate the meeting in which they will seek input about the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration’s controversial expansion plan.
