Governor enacts bill to resolve ceded lands claims with OHA

After nearly 30 years of working towards an agreement with the Office of Hawaiian Affairs, Gov. Neil Abercrombie signed into law Wednesday a measure that settles OHA’s unresolved claims to income and proceeds from ceded lands.
