Grand jury indicts Kurtistown man, 43, in double-fatal crash

A 43-year-old Kurtistown man accused of causing a head-on collision late last month on the Daniel K. Inouye Highway that killed a 47-year-old Kailua-Kona woman and her infant granddaughter has been indicted by a grand jury.
