If you’ve ever bought an offer from Groupon, a website with discounted offers, you might be getting an email this week about a class action lawsuit involving the expiration dates on the company’s daily deals.
Groupon has settled the case and will pay a proposed $8.5 million.
Users who bought deals between November 2008 and December 2011 are eligible for a pay-out.
Groupon customers have until July 6 to file a claim if they want to be included in the settlement. Click here for more information.
