It was a parking lot on the H-1 Freeway Sunday afternoon in the Pearl City area.
Cars were backed up in the Ewa bound direction because two lanes were closed just past the Sears distribution center.
Also, the far left lane in the town bound direction was closed as well.
This is the same area where crews have been working nightly for viaduct deck repairs.
