The Department of Emergency Management says Hanauma Bay reopened at noon after it was closed due to unusual tidal fluctuations.
On Sunday, Ocean Safety Lifeguards reported that the tidal fluctuations that could be hazardous to swimmers and beach goers.
Officials say conditions have since returned to normal.
