A Hawaiian Airlines flight from Honolulu to Manila was forced to turn around shortly after take off on Monday afternoon.
Airline officials say the crew reported a possible issue with the hydrolics system about an hour and a half into the flight.
The Boeing 767 returned to Honolulu airport where mechanics are working to figure out what caused the issue.
The 150 passengers left Honolulu again at 7:40 p.m. Monday nearly seven hours after their initial departure.
