Hawaiian Airlines passengers flying from Osaka, Japan to Honolulu will now fly on the 294-seat Airbus A330-200 starting in April 2012.
The route currently operates on the B767-300 aircraft which has 30 seats less than the A330.
The company’s move to use the A330 aircraft will add nearly 11,000 seats annually to the Osaka-Honolulu route.
The route was launched six months ago.
