On this edition of Hawaii’s Most Wanted we feature a woman who’s wanted on two warrants.
Honolulu police are looking for Andrea Chang.
"On November 4, 2009 at 8:35 p.m. plain clothes officers were in an unmarked vehicle traveling on H1 westbound near the Vineyard on-ramp, when a car got onto the freeway, cut them off without signaling and accelerated at a high rate of speed on the freeway," said Sgt. Kim Buffett of CrimeStoppers.
Police say Chang was in the passenger seat of the stolen vehicle.
When police caught up to it in Salt Lake, Chang was arrested for unauthorized entry into a motor vehicle, and for having drugs and drug paraphernalia.
She was also arrested seven months earlier for driving a stolen pickup truck.
Andrea Chang is now wanted on two $20,000 warrants in connection with those cases for not complying with the terms of HOPE probation.
She’s 20-years-old, 5’7", 141 pounds.
She has five prior convictions for drugs and auto thefts.
If you know where Andrea Chang is call CrimeStoppers at 955-8300.
