"On July 31, 2012, officers observed a red Nissan pickup truck with the license plate obstructed and made a traffic stop on Ala Wai and Olohana Street. Upon talking to the driver, found that he didn’t have a driver’s license. He was searched and placed under arrest. While being searched, drugs were found in his possession, so he was subsequently arrested for promoting a dangerous drug in the 3rd degree," said Sgt. Kim Buffett with Crimestoppers.
He’s now wanted on a $150,000 warrant for not showing up for his sentencing in January.
Ronald Wise is 52 years old. 5 foot 10 and 230 pounds.
"He’s a transient and we’re hoping he’s probably still here," said Sgt. Buffett.
