High winds knock out power to thousands in Windward Oahu

About 3,500 people in Windward Oahu are without power Sunday afternoon.  Hawaiian Electric’s twitter said crews are working to address ‘wind-related’ issues in Kaneohe, Waimanalo, Kahaluu and Kailua.
