Holiday spirit inspires Kaneohe neighbors to create a festive wonderland

Danny Gomez has lost count of how many families have posed under the pergola that glows with holiday lights on his front lawn. But he remembers the stories: people who came with their parents now returning with children of their own, and at least two couples who chose the archway for marriage proposals.
