Police say it happened around 6:30 p.m. Tuesday at Wilikina Drive and Kamananui Road.
EMS officials transported the motorcyclist, a 35 year-old man in critical condition to the trauma center.
Police did not shutdown any major roads but their is limited access to areas surrounding the crash.
Traffic investigators are on scene.
