Police were called to Kahuailani Street and nearby Jimmy’s Produce around 7:30 Sunday night on reports of an apparent shooting.
This is an area close to Hans L’orange Park.
Fire officials say the victim was shot multiple times.
Paramedics took a 39 year old man to the hospital in serious condition.
Last check from police, the suspect has not been caught.
