CrimeStoppers and the Honolulu Police Department are seeking the public’s assistance in locating Michael Allen Ryan who was last seen on November 21, 2011.
Ryan may be suffering from depression and was last seen boarding the bus with his bicycle at approximately 9:00 a.m., in the area of Kaianae Street in Ewa Beach.
