Honolulu Police Department officers teamed up with the City’s Department of Parks and Recreation to address illegal camping at Kaneohe Civic Park.
Last Wednesday, City crews issued a 24-hour warning to have the items removed. The following day, City crews cleaned the area.
Nine bins of abandoned property were removed.
The cleanup was part of a move to keep the area clear and sanitary for the entire community.
