The Honolulu Police department is warning the public of callers solicitating donations for fallen Officer Garret Davis’ memorial fund over the phone.
HPD says these solicitors are not affiliated with the HPD or Officer Davis’ family.
A memorial fund for Officer Davis has been set up at the Hawaii Law Enforcement Credit Union.
Donations may be dropped off at any branch.
