Honolulu police are searching for a suspect in a robbery and kidnapping case.
It happened Monday morning at around 4:25 a.m. in the Honolulu area.
Police say a 29-year-old woman was walking up the stairs to her apartment when she was grabbed from behind by an unknown man.
Police say the suspect took the victim to the back of the complex and used her jacket to tie her to a metal post.
The suspect demanded money, but when the woman said she didn’t have any, the suspect took her belongings.
The suspect has not yet been arrested.
